You can cancel by email within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been dispatched. We are unable to combine orders, change the items, edit billing or shipping details or add pieces once an order has been placed.

Yes, on orders over AED 100. For smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns are free within 3 days of receipt if a product has a manufacturing defect or is not the item you ordered. It must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, sampling pieces and booklets included.

Contact us to schedule a collection at no cost. Our customer service team will email you a return air waybill number; place the item in its original shipping box and remove any other labels.

Refunds are made for orders paid online; cash on delivery orders are not refunded. Once your return reaches us, the refund is processed and your bank should complete it within 15 working days.
